Print Your Label
Generate and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal to ensure trackable and secure transit back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Ruck
Place the gear in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free of dirt, sweat, or signs of use.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
